1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Easy Launch Ltd ("we", "us", "our") and you ("the Client") when you purchase or use our web design, automation, CRM, or any other services. By engaging with us or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services
Easy Launch Ltd provides the following services:
- Custom website design and development
- Business process automation setup and configuration
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) implementation
- Review generation systems and marketing automation
- Ongoing website maintenance, updates, and support
The specific scope of services for each project will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.
3. Payment Terms
All services are offered on a flexible monthly subscription basis with fair one-time setup fees. Specific pricing will be communicated to you before the commencement of any work.
- Setup fees are due upon agreement and before work commences
- Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a rolling monthly basis
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998
- All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
4. No Long-Term Contracts & Cancellation
We believe in earning your business every month. Our monthly plans have no long-term lock-in contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to hello@easylaunch.uk.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for the remaining days in a billing period
- Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of all completed website files and content
5. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver services effectively, the Client agrees to:
- Provide timely feedback, approvals, and content required for project completion
- Ensure all content provided (text, images, logos) is owned by you or appropriately licensed
- Provide accurate business information and access credentials required for the project
- Designate an authorised point of contact for project communications
- Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect the project scope or timeline
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the Client will own the copyright in the custom design elements and written content created specifically for their project. The following rights are retained by Easy Launch Ltd:
- Proprietary frameworks, code libraries, and reusable components
- The right to display completed work in our portfolio
- Third-party software, themes, plugins, or tools used under their respective licences
7. Website Hosting & Maintenance
Where hosting and maintenance services are included in your plan, we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure your website remains operational. We do not guarantee 100% uptime as this may be affected by third-party hosting providers. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally require brief periods of downtime, for which we will provide reasonable advance notice where possible.
8. Unlimited Updates Policy
Where unlimited website updates are included in your plan, these cover reasonable content updates such as text changes, image replacements, and minor layout adjustments. Significant redesigns, new page builds, or additional feature development may be scoped and priced separately. All update requests should be submitted via email to hello@easylaunch.uk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Launch Ltd's total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from the use of our services.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues for 2 years after the termination of the working relationship.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
